To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. You can reach our customer support team by email at info@kemptrading.com.
Please include an image of the wrong item or damaged product in your email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received the returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days (though this may vary by bank).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Before placing an order, please check with your country’s customs regulations to ensure that the products can be delivered. Our products are natural and free from additives or preservatives, and they may perish if held by customs.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs, and we will not issue refunds for undelivered or perished products.
